Florida Citrus Showcase Orange Dome

With the demolition of the Orange Dome last week I felt I needed to create it little something in its memory.

    Sweet! That completed picture looks like my childhood memories of it. I do not recall ever venturing inside; doubt I ever did. But I loved it as a landmark, back in the day. Hey, it was orange! And novel. However I was not particularly heartbroken by the recent demolition. If no one was going to make an effort to maintain the place, it is probably for the best.
